Refund and Returns Policy

At Vinmayi Bike Rentals, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent rental experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Documents Required

For Domestic Users, the following documents are mandatory:

  • Driving License (Original Indian License only; learner license not accepted)
  • Aadhaar Card (Original)
  • Refundable Deposit Amount

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Charges

  • No Show: 100% deduction
  • 0 – 6 hours before pickup: 75% deduction
  • 6 – 24 hours before pickup: 50% deduction
  • 24 hours before pickup: 25% deduction
  • 48 hours or more before pickup: 10% deduction

Cancellation Due to Document Issues

25% of the rental amount will be deducted if:

  • Required documents are not submitted
  • Identity verification fails
  • User is not physically present
  • Documents are invalid

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks.

Early Drop-off

No refund will be issued for early return of the vehicle.

Delayed Return Policy

  • Grace Period: 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes: ₹300 (up to 5 hours)
  • Beyond 5 hours: Full-day rental charge applies

Fuel Policy

Fuel cost is not included in the rental. The vehicle will have enough fuel to reach the nearest fuel station. No refund for unused fuel.

Extra Charges

  • Excess KM charges applicable
  • Damage charges will be collected at drop-off

Helmet Policy

  • 1 Helmet provided free
  • Extra helmet: ₹50

Liability for Damage

The user is responsible for:

  • Any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle
  • Repair/replacement costs at market price

Accident Liability:

  • Up to ₹25,000 + 50% of daily rental
